Welcome to our site! All our products come with a 12 months warranty and may be returned for free within 30 days for approved reasons! The same warranty is provided for replacement products from the date of purchase. Please get in touch with our customer service if you have any problems! Please read the policy below for more details.
If you are returning the product:
1. Carefully pack the item(s) in the original package.
2. please get in touch with us if you need a return address.
3. Place the label neatly on the outside of the box.
The return policy is only applicable for products purchased on GXPUMP.net. We will not be responsible for GXPUMP products purchased from anywhere else. Please check everything carefully after you receive the item. If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty during the warranty period, please email us with pictures or videos to show the problem. Any damage caused by human error except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) will not be covered. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Note: If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us. The final determination for all cases belongs to GXPUMP.
What happens after returning an item?
After your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed by our staff to verify the item to be in good condition in an unopened box. Once confirmed, we will then process your refund.
1, If your payment method is Credit Card
Within 3-15 days after receiving the refund email (according to the customer-owner credit card company transferring time)
2, If your payment method is Paypal or other 3rd party payment
Receive the refund in real-time after you receive the refund email
REASONS SUPPORTING FREE RETURN
Send the wrong goods.
If you receive the wrong goods, please take pictures and videos and send them to us; we will arrange a return and exchange.
