• This CS4-I PCP compressor has a new upgraded 350W motor , and adopts four-stage compression technology. It is very stable when working, and it is very quiet with only 70db. Maximum filling 5800Psi/40Mpa.Notice :First confirm the maximum safe pressure of your gas cylinder, do not over-inflate, otherwise it will cause safety problems. At the same time, it is equipped with a double-pointer pressure gauge, and the two-level setting auto-stop pressure, which is more secure.

• A water tank and a grease tank are designed on the top of the compressor. The excellent cooling can achieve 5 hours of continuous work and can fill a maximum 6.8L gas cylinder. Note: For the first use, it must be filled with 500ml of neutral distilled water or antifreeze ( PH is about 7). Note: 1) Be sure to add neutral antifreeze if it freezes in your area. 2）:Do not turn the grease knob until after 4-6 hours of use, otherwise will cause bad performance. then turn it one turn.                           
• 15% Faster Filling Speed: Filling 0.5L tank from 3000Psi to 4500psi ,only needs 4-5 minutes. Filling 0.5L from 0-4500psi, only needs 14-16 minutes. Filling 6.8 liter bottle from 0-4500psi ,2 hours and 40 minutes.                                                                     
• Built-in 110v to 12V DC Converter: Compared to the GX E-CS4, the CS4-I has a built-in converter for greater convenience. You can use car battery or household outlet as power supply. The machine is also equipped with a built-in oil-water separator which never needs to be replaced, so you don't need to buy other external oil-water separators.

• Pls keep in mind the important information when you received.          
• 1. Note: For the first use, it must be filled with about 500ml of pure water or antifreeze before you turn on power. Be sure to add antifreeze if it freezes in your area. Otherwise, will cause damage ! ! notice : when switch on the power, the water pump will work first. be sure to check if the water flows from the upside hole in the water tank into tank.if not flowing, pls contact with us and don't press " start" button to use.
• 2. Do not turn the grease knob until after 4-6 hours of use, then turn it 1-2 turn. we added before factory. Afterwards, when the speed slows down, turn it around again. After the break-in period, there is no need to add grease any more if speed is normal.
• 3. ATTENTION: when filling is complete, please release the bottle valve first (when filling bottle) and then open compressor's bleed valve to release line pressure. All pressure must be released from compressor before next starting.
• 4. warm note: This CS4-I model was designed with 2 stages of check valve inside. When working, it does not leak. but after turn off power, it may leak pressure from the second stage check valve. For example, 300 bar drops to 200bar in several minutes. This is normal and please don't worry.

 

• This CS4 compressor supports the max design pressure 5800psi/400bar, but it does not mean you can fill the max pressure anytime. Almost all pcp tanks and bottles only support 4500psi/300bar as the service pressure to avoid the safety problem, although they state the burst pressure can be over 50mpa/500bar. As a result, the burst disc coming with compressor only support the 350bar as the burst pressure. If you fill over 350bar, it will be blown. If you really need the higher pressure, pls contact with us to buy 400bar burst discs.
